Der Direktor des Sanitätswesens und der Sanitätsrath des Kantons Zürich
in Vollziehung
von § 20 des Gesetzes betr. das Medizinalwesen
vom 2. Weinmonat 1854
und mit Genehmigung des Regierungsrathes
verordnen:
§ 1. Nachstehende Taxordnung ist bei der Rezeptur für die öffentlichen Apotheken verbindlich; die darin festgesetzten Preise dürfen daher in keinem Falle überschritten werden.
§ 2. Wenn auf Rechnung von Staatsbehörden, Gemeindearmenpflegen und öffentlichen Krankenkassen Arzneien bezogen werden, so tritt für diese ein Rabatt von 25 % ein.
§ 3. Die Apotheker sind gehalten, den Betrag der Taxe, unter deutlicher Bezeichnung ihrer Firma, auf dem Rezept mittelst Zahlen auszusetzen. Für die Taxation gilt folgendes Verfahren als Norm:
Die festgesetzten Preise sind untheilbar. Wo nur für ein einziges Gewicht der Preis ausgesetzt ist, wird derselbe so vielfach gerechnet, als Gewichtseinheiten in der Verschreibung enthalten sind. Bruchtheile werden wie ganze Gewichtseinheiten gerechnet. Wo für verschiedene Gewichtseinheiten Preise angesetzt sind, ist der Preisansatz für die kleinere Gewichtseinheit so lange anzuwenden, bis der Betrag den Preisansatz für [p. 470] die höhere Gewichtseinheit erreicht hat, worauf dann dieser in Anwendung zu ziehen ist.
§ 4. Bei Rezepten, welche von 10 Uhr Abends bis 6 Uhr Morgens zur Anfertigung übergeben werden, kann ein Taxzuschlag von 1 Fr. eintreten.
§ 5. Für die Anfertigung der in der Taxe angeführten Arzneipräparate ist die schweizerische Landes-Pharmakopoe, gegenwärtig die Pharmacopcea helvetica, editio tertia, obligatorisch.
§ 6. Uebertretungen dieser Vorschriften werden gemäss den Bestimmungen des § 42 des Gesetzes betreffend das Medizinal wesen vom 2. Weinmonat 1854 bestraft. Die Apotheker sind in dieser Hinsicht für ihre Gehülfen verantwortlich.
§ 7. Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Januar 1895 in Kraft. Durch dieselbe wird diejenige vom 7. Juni 1873 aufgehoben.
